Struggling with untreated mental health issues leaves you suffering with pain that can seriously disrupt your sleep, interactions with others, and your sense of self and physical well-being. Your distress may stem from deep-seated, unconscious sources that are difficult to pinpoint but can profoundly influence your life, making you feel stuck. That’s where we come in.
Shannon’s focus is on working with individuals struggling with trauma / PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Stress.
Chronic Illness or pain can play a major role with your mental health, and Shannon can help you address these issues as well to help you find lasting relief.
Alternatively, with the prominence of DNA discovery technology, we’re finding that many people are uncovering shocking realities that were previously undisclosed to them. This is an area of passion for Shannon, and if you’ve experienced life changing discoveries that you need help processing, she would be a great fit for you to help you move forward.
